There have been a few incidents where we’ve experienced rude and aggressive behavior toward our volunteers who help load food into clients’ cars.
We understand that these are stressful times for everyone , but foul language, sexual comments, and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
We all have bad days, and we’re here to help. However, please understand:
🔹 First incident: You will receive a verbal warning.
🔹 Second incident: You will be banned from using Legacy Food Bank services.
We truly don’t want to ban anyone, but the safety of our volunteers and clients is our top priority.
🥫 Please Review Our Food Bank Policies:
✅ Clients are asked to come every other week, unless you are completely out of food. With reduced resources, we’re doing our best to make sure everyone is served.
✅ Be polite and patient. We are all unpaid volunteers, and many of us are also food bank clients — we’re all in this together.
🚫 No aggressive verbal, sexual, or physical behavior. You will be banned.
🚫 No cannabis, drugs, alcohol, or weapons of any kind are allowed on site.
